How to access the apps on iPad 2 upgraded to iOS6 if restriction passcode is not known?

I have set up a restriction passcode for certain apps on my iPad 2 updated to iOS6 three weeks ago. Now, I can’t access those apps as I forgot the passcode. Is it possible to recover the passcode and use the apps again?

You can restore your iPad and reset the passcode. Connect your iPad to PC for that and launch iTunes in it. Once you can view the iTunes screen, locate the ‘Summary’ tab on the top part. Click on that tab by the time you find it. Go to the bottom part of the screen afterwards and press the ‘Restore’ button. Select the ‘Backup’ option on the prompt message pop up on the screen if needed. After that, hit the ‘Restore’ button again and wait until the process get finished. Then, unplug your iPad from the PC and set up the passcode again.
