Getting wrong region on iPad 3

While was using my iPad 3 yesterday, I found that it is displaying wrong region. I need to change it to my region with the help of ‘Region Format’ option. What should I do for that?

Switch into the iPad home screen by pressing the ‘Home’ button located at the bottom middle part. Browse through the icons displayed over there and hit the ‘Settings’ icon. Once the list of default settings become visible on the screen, tap the ‘General’ option from it. You can then find general settings on the screen from which hit the ‘International’ option. This will bring up the ‘Region Format’ option on the screen. You can see a chevron next to that option. Tap on it to view a complete list of region. Scroll through that list and tap on your region.
