    Finding it difficult to choose text for editing in iPad?

    I am struggling while editing a document on iPad. I am not able to select the text for editing. How to do this?

    The first thing you will have to do is to touch as well as hold the insertion point for bringing up the magnifying glass and then drag for positioning it towards the insertion points. Then you will have to tap on the insertion point for displaying the selected buttons. Now you will have to choose the option denoted as ‘Select’ for selecting the adjacent word. If you want to select all the text, then you will have to tap on the option denoted as ‘Select All’. The grab points represented there can also be dragged for selecting more as well as less text. If you want to select a text from the read only documents such as web pages, you will have to touch as well as hold for selecting a word.

    Do the following ;

    Touch and hold the insertion point and this will bring u the magnifying glass

    you will have to drag this to the position towards the insertion points

    drag the insertion points for displaying the buttons

    chhose select

    if you wish to select all the text , you will have to tap on selected all

    hold the insertion point for magnifying glass appearing and drag it to position towards the insertion point.
    now tap on the point to display selected buttons. choose SELECT for selecting adgacent word or drag to select more text or choose SELECT ALL, as per your requirements.

    Offcourse you can choose text for editing in iPad

    To choose text for editing in iPad , you have to follows some steps as follows :


    >> Touch & hold insertion point

    >> Magnifying glass appears

    >> Drag it to the insertion point

    >> Tap on insertion point that will show the selected button

    >> Now click on “Select” to select the adjacent word

    >> Now you can use different option for different type of selection

    To choose the text follow the instructions,


    • Stay on by holding insertion point,then magnifying glass will be appeared.
    • drag it to insertion points then hit insertion point to show selected buttons.
    • You can use Select or select All options to select a text or to select all text as you need.

    There are some options by which you can make the way you text on your iPad will become much more easier that the earlier one that you are using.
    Hold the insertion point that you can have on the screen
    Then you will have the magnifying glass appeared on your screen.
    Drag it to the place where you would like to have this magnifying glass.
    There you can place the insertion point where ever you would like to have on the screen that you are texting.
    Hope this will be helpful to you to get rid of your issue....................

    - After that you can have on the screen then you will have the magnifying glass appeared on your screen.
    - Now press insertion point to display the selected buttons and then press select option.
    - Here you can place the insertion point where ever you would like to have on the screen.

    Editing text on your id device is easy with the Plain Text app
    Plain text allows you to organize documents in folders
    1.Double tap in the area you would like to copy.
    2. select the exact text you'd like to copy.
    3.Onece adjusting your selection just tap Copy or Cut.
    You can also opt to select all the text on a give page.
    1.Tap the screen
    2.When the popup menu appears, tap Select all.
    3.Choose Cut or Copy.
    To paste the selected text:
    1.Double tap on the screen where you'd like the text to be.
    2. Click Paste.

    3.If you don't see a paste option, you may not have any text on your clipboard or the text you tried to copy may not be able to be copied.
