Whenever I try to install any app on my iPad 2, I get an error message “Error 1004. Try again later”. How do I remove this error?

    Setting > Store.
    1. Click on your Apple ID.
    2. Sign out.

    1. Sign in.
    2. Use existing Apple ID.

    1. Enter your iTunes username and password.
    2. Click OK.

Re: Error 1004 while installing an app on iPad 2

This type of error occur due to connection to gs.apple.com being blocked,
redirected, or interrupted. For remove this you should restore your application
    setting.

Adjust your hosts file or security software to ensure that connections to gs.apple.com
are not blocked. If the issue persists, try restoring on another computer with a
    known-good connection.

    If this restore is successful:-
you will need to contact whoever supports your install
of the operating system and security software installed on your computer for assistance.
If your hosts file redirects requests to gs.apple.com, you may choose to follow Can not
connect to the iTunes Store, in the "The 'hosts' file may be blocking the iTunes Store"
    section.
