Edit button is missing from contacts on iPad.

Usually, edit button will be present on the upper right corner of the contact screen of iPad. After the iOS5 update this button is missing from my device. How can I possibly retrieve the edit button on my device?

In order to obtain the missing edit button you need to merge your iPad contacts to the iCloud. From the home screen of the iPad select the settings option. From the settings select iCloud option. Find Contacts on iCloud and toggle the switch to ON. Then tap on the Merge button from the pane appeared. After changing the settings return to the contacts page and look for the edit button. There you will see the Edit button the upper right corner of the contacts page.
