    You should ensure that bluetooth must be enabled in both ipad 3 & bluetooth speakers.After enabled your ipad 3 will recognize the speakers, after recognizing connect by clicking the connect option in options.

    when Bluetooth is correct it means it has no errors.
    Make sure that ipad 3 and bluetooth speakers must enabled bluetooth.

    When you play the song or any music through bluetooth the bluetooth speakers will play automatically.
    But you should turned on the bluetooth in speakers also.
