Whenever I make an attempt to get into iMessage app on my iPad Mini, it will start the verification process and get back to sign in page again. I have restarted the device and it does not resolve the activation issue?

Navigate into home screen of the iPad and tap the ‘Settings’ icon over there. When you can see the list of default settings, hit the ‘Messages’ option available in it. After that, make a single tap on ‘Receive At’ option available in the message settings. The next step required is to hit the ‘Use your Apple ID for iMessage’ option. If this does not work, sign out from the Apple ID and sign in again. Get into the message settings for that and tap the ‘Send & Receive’ option. Make a single tap on your ‘Apple ID’ available on the screen and hit the ‘Sign Out’ option. You can sign into the Apple ID again from the message settings after tapping the ‘Send & Receive’ option.
