Cannot find apps synced from MacBook Pro on iPad 2

Yesterday, I transferred some apps from MacBook Pro to my iPad 2 through iTunes. Even though the progress bar shows the apps get installed on my iPad, I canít find them in it. I tried to download these apps from App Store again and got the message ďthe app is already installedĒ. What steps should I take to unhide these apps?
