Camera app missing from iPad 3 running on iOS 6

I have upgraded my iPad 3 to iOS 6 recently. Since then, I am not able to find Camera app on it. Please help me to locate the app.

It seems that you may have enabled ‘Restrictions’ for this app. In that case, you need to disable the restrictions to bring back the app. First of all, launch ‘Settings’ app on your iPad. Get into the home screen and tap the ‘Settings’ icon for that. Once you can view the list of settings, find out the ‘General’ option and make a single tap on it. You can thus get into the general settings in your iPad. Hit the ‘Restrictions’ option from those settings and wait until you can view a list of apps. Check whether you can view ‘Camera’ app from that list and then slide the switch next to it into ‘OFF’ mode.
