First thing you should do is to visit the home screen of your iPad handset again. Then you can continue with the process by double tapping on the icon. Next thing you should do is to trace out the business app icon on the screen. Then you can choose the app icon and continue holding and pressing it. The after effect of the process will lead to jiggling of the icon. This will show up an X symbol on the place near to the icon. You can tap on this symbol to choose it so as to close the app. Followed by this; the home button has to be twice tapped again. After that you can try accessing the business app which will be have normally now.
