to solve the above said problem read the following steps
##go to main screen
##click on settings tab
##click on general settings
##under general settings click on reset option
##select reset all settings
##It will deletes all old settings and generate new settings
these steps may solve your problem

To solve that problem you just need to follow these steps...
-====>Connect your iPad with computer through USB port.
-====>Now install iTunes software into your system.
-====>Launch iTunes, iTunes automatically fine the connected device.
-====>Right click on showing device and click on Create Backup.
-====>After clicking the device Backup will create.
-====>Now restore your iPad.
-====>After restoring install Backup into your iPad.
-====>Now remove iPod from System's USB port.
-====>After that try to open back camerar.
-====>This time you will get proper response.

You have restore the settings may the problem is due to overloaded apps or lots of caches
Steps to restore the settings are:
1. open the menu list from the home page
2. then click to settings option from it.
3. then select the general option.
4. then tap to reset option
this will reset all the settings.
you also have to remove the wanted or overheaded apps from your device.
if still there is a problem then contact to services center because now problem is related to hardware..
