Official Apple app store in my iPad had stopped working. There is no issue with internet connection but it doesn't work. I have already tried my best to fix this issue but failed. Can i fix this issue after upgrading the iOS to iOS 7?

* First of all go to the main menu
* Then go to the setting
* Then go to the apps setting
* Then go to the manage apps
* Then select the apps store
* Then tap on te menu
* Then tap on the update
* After that restart your device

To solve this problem follow these steps
To restore the device
- Go to the home screen of the device
- Then choose the Settings option
- now select the option General
- Then choose the App store
- Then choose the option clear cache
- If this does not solve the problem
- Then restore the device to its default settings
- Go to the home screen of the device
- Then choose the option Settings
- Now select the option reset
- Now select the option erase data
- This will restore the device to its default settings
