App Store not working properly with iPad 3 running on IOS 6

Even though it is possible to open the App Store on my iPad 3 after upgrading it to IOS 6, the featured or chart selection is not loading on the screen. How can I display them on my iPad?

This can be displayed by performing a hard reboot on your iPad. You need to use both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for this purpose. Press these buttons in the same time and hold them in that position for about 10 -15 seconds. Do not try to change the position when you can see a red slider on the screen during this period. Continue in the same position until the Apple Logo pop up on the screen. By the time your iPad shows its home screen, tap the icon for App Store app. Finally, check whether it can display both featured and chart selection.

To solve this problem follow these steps

• Back up all your important data first
• Then turn off the device
• Now press sleep/wake and home buttons at a time
• Now you will see the Apple logo on your ipad
• Then select the option Reset by using the Volume keys
• Then wait for few sec to restart the device
