Looks like there is no proper synchronization of Applications with the Ipad, So better reconnect the device with the Itunes and then Reconfigure all the Applications, This time Give enough time for proper synchronization.
This will surely Solve the Issue, Anyway you are going to re install it again so better Reset the Ipad, That will solve all OS related Issues.
