Launch the ‘Reminder’ app on your iPad by tapping its icon on the home page. Once you get into the app, press the ‘Date’ button available on it. You can then choose the date from the calendar. The next step required is to tap over the plus sign seen on the screen. Type in a task name afterwards and hit the return key. Tap the task item so that you can adjust the features of reminders such as date/time, list, repeat, priority etc. Once you finish this, press the ‘Done’ button to save the changes made.

Re: Adding an item into ‘Reminder’ app on iPad 3 upgraded to IOS 6

hi friend here you can find out the solution for that as
first of all you hace to go to the home screen of your pad.
and then after that you have to tap on the remainder application .
when ever the app opened on your ipad there you can have the data select option then just have to select that option.

now from all the listed items from your ipad you have to select any one of them one by one and just add them to calender for adding items.
and then you can have the + symbol just tap on that.

aftert doing that you have to provide the task name and after that tap on the return option.
finally you have to save the all changes have made by you just tap on the option save.

    thank you.......
