For adding or accessing reading list on ipad Do as i am giving it below.
I am also attaching a attachment that will help you to understand it.
1. Tap on your Bookmark icon
2. If you are like me all I would see is the list of bookmarks I keep in my Bookmark
Bar.so tap on the Bookmarks button that is in the extreme left-hand corner of the
box that will take you to ALL your bookmarks, including any you allowed the app
to import from your other browsers.
3. See the pair of glasses and Reading List? It should be right at the top of the list.
4. Tap on that and it will take you to the your Reading List, divided into All and Unread.
