‘Session Time Out’ message while downloading an app from App Store on iPad 2

When I tried to download an app from App Store into my iPad 2, I have encountered “Session Time Out” error message. Even after performing this process as quickly as possible, I am not able to avoid this error message. What should I do to resolve this?

Quit App Store through multi-tasking bar and launch it again. Double press the Home button to view the task bar and swipe it to find out the App Store icon. Press and hold that icon until it wiggles and hit the minus sign to close the app. If this solution does not resolve the error, clear the cookies, data and history in Safari. Navigate into Settings->Safari from the home screen for that and press both ‘Clear History’ and ‘Clear Cookies and Data’ options. If you can still find the issue, then close the app again from the multi-tasking bar and open the app once more after setting up the time and date ahead than the current one. Go to Settings->General and tap over ‘Date &amp’ and ‘Time’ option for editing the time and date.
