This problem might be occurring since the user has purchased using the ‘Guest Checkout’. This is an option for those who do not have an account with the app. It is recommended for the users to create an account with the app.
- If you are having an account with the app, then you will have to;
- Tap on the button denoted as ‘Read’
- Then you will have to choose the option denoted as ‘Sign-in’ that is located in the upper right-hand corner of the app for viewing the Library
"Restore purchases" issue occurs when you purchase the app by using guest checkout. On other words, if you do not have an account with the app & purchased as a guest then this issue occurs.
So, you need to create an account with this app.
Otherwise if you are having an account press read option.
Now press sign in.
Now the library is visible to you.
