‘Edit’ button not appearing on FaceTime app in iPad 2 upgraded to iOS 6.1.3

After upgrading my iPad 2 to iOS 6.1.3, I am having trouble with the FaceTime application. It is not possible to find ‘Edit’ button even after tapping the ‘All’ button in application main screen. I can’t find recent calls received through the app due to that. What steps should I take to fix this issue?

The solution available for this problem is to close the FaceTime app completely from the task bar and then reset the iPad. Press the ‘Home’ button twice for viewing the taskbar holding the icons of all apps launched recently. Tap and hold any of the app icons among them until you can view all icons starts to shake. Swipe the bar using the fingers till you can catch the sight of ‘FaceTime’ app icon. Make a single tap over the minus sign appears over the corner of that icon for closing the ‘FaceTime’ app. The reset process include holding down Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time until the Apple Logo become visible on iPad screen. Launch the FaceTime app again and see whether it is possible to view the ‘Edit’ button.
